Now, after letting go and purifying with full transformation, it is time to design and create. Manifestation is the name of the game today.
Here are your 3 gems :
1. When we are dissatisfied about parts of our lives, it is our Future calling us FORWARD to trust and create our soul's desire. Consider what is being "asked" of you from your future you and write it in your journal. Where are you being called to grow? What are you being asked to let go of and release? (Recall yesterday's mission.) What is it that needs to be designed and created? It's all inside of you and the world is waiting for You!
Write it out.
2. Witness your breathing. The upward flow of energy from the root chakra to the crown chakra is the path of enlightenment and realization. The downward flow of energy from the crown chakra to the root chakra is the path of manifestation. We need both cycles for realization and manifestation. Inhale down the front side of the body and exhale up the backside of the body.

3. Keep asking for Guidance. The angels are waiting for you. Ask. Ask. Ask. Ask. And listen.
- You have an idea that comes from Source. (Crown Chakra)
- It is an inspirational idea that you can visualize happening in your life. (Third Eye Chakra)
- You write out or draw or move the plan of this vision. (Throat Chakra)
- You pour your heart and love and intention into your plan. (Heart Chakra)
- It starts to take shape, and needs some "juice" and power to move it forward. (Solar Plexus Chakra)
- The vision is forming and coming into being and it takes a more solid shape, but it is still fluid and creative. (Sacral Chakra)
- The plan is solid and happening and rooted with clarity and security and love. (Root Chakra)
- And as it is created, it shifts again and comes into relationship with other things and other ideas. (back up the channel to the Sacral Chakra)
- It requires more juice, more power, more clarity as it changes. (Solar Plexus Chakra)
- The plan and vision has a life of its own and it is time to open it to the Universal Wisdom and see it as it is for it Self. (Heart Chakra)
- You add more creative expression as the plan shifts and moves and grows. (Throat Chakra)
- In opening to new ideas, new visions and perceptions are revealed. (Third Eye Chakra)
- And a new awakening occurs (Crown Chakra)
And so it is. The cycle of life. See where you have ideas and plans and where they fall short. Which chakra do you need to focus on and cultivate?
