All Days » Day 30
We have been living passionately and boldly over the last couple of days. Take pause, breathe in and feel the affects. Today we pause and surrender to wisdom with humility. When we are humbled, we are often brought to our knees with respect and awe. When we are humbled, our hearts melt and soften and we can listen to the messages that come from that heart space. Open to wisdom. Open to humility. Surrender to grace. Your heart will sing.
Here are your 3 gems:
1. Choose one person in your life who you are close to in some way. This person can be a partner, a friend, a colleague, a family member, a pet. Practice bowing (or prostrating) to them in your mind and in your actions. Serve them things using both hands. Look into their eyes with a soft nod to the head with the chin down. Smile sweetly and stay quiet. Listen to their words with respect and awe. Stay beside them or slightly behind them when you are walking together. If you have it in you, prostrate to them as many times as you can in a day. Serve them completely from your heart and feel what happens.

2. Identify your Spirit Animal. In Shamanic traditions your Spirit Animal is your guide and your muse and your protector. Oftentimes, your Spirit Animal hold the qualities that you need to continue to move forward and grow or take pause and reflect upon situations or circumstances. There are many different way to find your spirit animal including meditation, going into nature and observing, calling in the animal, process of self-inquiry and investigation, writing about your animal in your journal, imagination and journeying with sound to name a few. 3. Grab a cup of tea and sit down to read. Here is a lesson on the Wisdom of Emptiness. It's a LOT of information. Read it and read it again and again. Digest it slowly. All is coming.
P.S. You're so awesome. And I'm so grateful for You!
