A day of laughter and humor.  You got it.  It's time to get silly and laugh, laugh, laugh!  Why laugh?  Because it's a huge stress reliever and it's so welcoming to others and a way of letting go of old "stuff".  
 "Angels fly because they take themselves lightly".  
Enlightened beings are superiorly silly and funny.
Time to tap into the laughter and fly!

Here are your 3 gems :
1.  This is a video of Pitango sharing Laughing Yoga with me.  Do the exercise along with us.  And then share it with others!
2.  Tickle a friend and have a tickling party.  Seriously. (No pun intended.)  Tickle a friend and laugh!  It's incredibly healing.  Especially when things are super serious.  Lighten it up and give a little tickle.  If it not appropriate to tickle the other person, you can still give a little tickle to yourself and remind yourself of your light side that is soft and bright and witty.
