I came to Stephanie after losing two of the most important people in my life. I didn't know why but had a feeling it would just make sense as it unfolded. Stephanie found neverending ways to help heal me. I could see how natural it was to her to see beyond all the stuff and hit on only what matters. I trusted her and I am so grateful that I did.

Every day the Method tended to go along with something I was either "dealing" with or learning. Even something as simple as today - I learned the Sanskrit name for equal breathing because I'm reading David & Sharon's Jiva Mukti book and low & behold I open my email 30 minutes later to see one of today's gems is to 'Sit with intention and lengthen the inhale equally with the exhale." This happened most days of the program! I really liked how some days were deep intense "work" while other days were simple reminders like "sit outside to eat your lunch". We all know we can light candles, incense and take a walk through the park, but sometimes we need these little nudges. To receive a daily gem is like getting a daily reminder or lesson in how you can be your best self. I sat outside to eat my lunch even today - thinking about how I may not have done that if I wouldn't received that little gem last week.

The Shizzle & Shine method was delicious, adventurous & sensual. From the very first gem I knew I was going to really enjoy the course as it reminded me how important it is to dance and be in my body. I really appreciate the opportunity to connect with myself and also the chance to see that other people are as inquisitive and as sensitive as I am. It allowed me a moment to think about how I treat other people and myself. If you are wanting to connect more with the present moment and you want to try something new I would recommend this course.
